UK LEADING EXECUTIVE HELICOPTER SERVICES COMPANY
INTENDS TO BECOME INAUGURAL EUROPEAN AAG GLOBAL™ MEMBER OPERATOR


ANAHEIM,CA—AAG Global™ and PremiAir, a leading provider of executive helicopter charter and management services in the United Kingdom, today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding in which PremiAir intends to become the inaugural European Member Operator of AAG Global™, an international network of executive helicopter operators.  PremiAir and AAG Global™ made the announcement jointly here during Heli Expo, the annual meeting of Helicopter Association International.

AAG Global™ is a brand of Sikorsky Fractional Sales, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of  Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.  Associated Aircraft Group is an AAG Global™ Member Operator and the leading executive helicopter charter, fractional sales and aircraft management company in New York.  Member Operators serve a growing registry of international travelers seeking seamless helicopter transport service, safety and reliability regardless of where in the world they travel.
 AAG Global™ Member Operators must meet and adhere to Standards of Excellence developed with and audited by Aviation Research Group/ U.S., Inc (ARG/US).

The standards address aspects of safety and service, including interior accoutrements of the aircraft to personal preferences in onboard catering.  Pilot qualifications, ease of flight reservations, safety inspections and timeliness in arrivals/departures are but a few of the Standards of Excellence provided by AAG Global™ Member Operators.

PremiAir has been operating in and around London for more than 30 years, providing aircraft charter, management and maintenance services.  In 2007, the company was acquired by von Essen, which also purchased the London Heliport, which is managed and operated by PremiAir.
